Erick Hitter

Erick brought his specialized expertise implementing open-source content management solutions including WordPress, Drupal, and Joomla for small businesses and non-proft organizations to Oomph in early 2010. He is highly skilled at building website solutions using PHP and MySQL, implementing customized themes and templates to match an organizations needs and branding, and building and customizing WordPress themes and plugins to accomplish advanced functional requirements.

Erick previously worked as a freelance designer and developer for nonprofits and small businesses. In 2010, Erick was one of the founding organizers of WordCamp Boston, a community-organized conference for WordPress users and developers. Erick has developed three WordPress plug-ins, available on the official repository.

Erick is a graduate of the University of Hartford and currently lives outside Boston in Somerville, Massachusetts.
