Erica plays a key role in the administration of the day-to-day Oomph business…she handles the important things – payroll, bill paying, employee welfare and keeping the snack cabinets stocked!

In her time away from work, Erica leads a hectic schedule, keeping tabs on three young daughters and the home she and Chris share in South Dartmouth, Massachusetts.

Before joining Oomph in a supporting role, Erica attended the University of Virginia and spent several years honing skills in garden and floral design.
