Redesigned Tricycle home page Starting with a Drupal 5 to Drupal 6 upgrade and rapid prototyping for online video and membership concepts, Oomph’s engagement with Tricycle quickly turned toward a rework their entire web presence. The complete redesign involved information architecture, wireframes and revisions, design layout mock-ups for a new visual design, and final code and templates.
Behind the scenes, Oomph developed a series of custom Drupal modules to handle Tricycle’s unique requirements. Most notably custom Ubercart modules were created to communicate with Acuity, Tricycle’s magazine fulfillment database, and another for payment and instant download of e-books offered in PDF, Mobi and e-Pub formats for reading on electronic devices such as the iPad, iPhone and Kindle.
